Throughout Israel, Educational Villages have been created as an outlet for alternative education for youth ranging from 5-19. These villages are commonly referred to as boarding schools, modeled after the European concept.

Next summer, spend a few weeks helping prepare the educational villages for the next school year! Extend your stay in Israel from one week to six weeks. Volunteer on the village and experience Israel all at the same time!

Here's what you get:

• Volunteer in maintenance, agriculture, gardening, livestock, etc. for 6-7 hours per day, 4-5 days per week
• Tours around Israel 1 day a week
• Minimum of 1 lecture about Israel per week
• Hebrew Ulpan 3 hours a day - 2 days a week
• Furnished accommodations (2-4 per room)
• 3 Meals per day

When registering for your trip, you can add the Educational Villages Volunteer Experience Extension.

The Educational Village Volunteer Experience extension option is $299 per week.
